My coaching is based on fearless coaching in a safe environment. We are going to focus on key areas of your life such as finances, relationships, health and career. Within these areas, you are going to receive coaching on five growth dimensions:

This is a tested framework with a step-by-step approach, which is proven to lead to powerful results. This framework supports effective ways to grow your habits, confidence and passion. Through our sessions, I will teach and give you tools to relax and boost your energy in order to build healthy habits and resilience to stress.

My coaching style and approach is designed to enable growth in a simple yet effective way for everyone. However, simple does not mean easy. Growth requires time, energy and commitment.

To get the most out of coaching, consistency is key. Research has shown that it takes an average of 66 days to build or change a habit, which is why short-term coaching programs quickly lose their efficacy. I offer personal one-on-one coaching and group coaching through a 12-week program, where we gradually and consistently work on making habits and life changes that last.
